Ingredients

Tbsp (8 g) ground flax seeds

tsp (3 g) oat bran (Bob’s Red Mill®)

tsp (8 g) chia seeds

tsp (6 g) coconut flakes, unsweetened

Tbsp (9 g) pecans, chopped

1/3

cup (80 ml or 80 g) K·Flo

Tbsp (25 g) 36% heavy cream

1

tsp (3 g) blueberries, chopped

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add K·Flo and cream, mix until smooth.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Top with blueberries before serving.
