Ordering Guidelines

How to Order Vitaflo Products
 
Retail Customers:
Vitaflo products can be ordered directly from Vitaflo USA only after obtaining the following:
  1. Prescription from your healthcare provider
  2. Valid credit card information (all major cards accepted)
    3.   
Vitaflo products can also be purchased through your local pharmacy or home health provider.  If your pharmacist has questions regarding how to obtain the products, please have them call the toll free number 1-888-848-2356 for assistance.
 
Pharmacists/Hospitals/Home Health Providers:
Vitaflo products can be ordered directly through Vitaflo USA.  To place an order, please call the toll free number 1-888-848-2356 between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST or fax your order to 631-693-2002.
 
Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Service (air freight available at an extra charge).  Any damages or errors with your shipment must be reported to Vitaflo USA immediately.  Please call 1-888-VITAFLO.
 
Returns
Returns for damaged or unacceptable products must be pre-approved and received 30 days from date of authorization to receive full credit.  Please contact Vitaflo USA (1-888-848-2356) with the following information for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
·        Reason for return
·        Product item
·        Lot number
·        Date of expiration
 
All returns must meet be in accordance with the following conditions:
  1. Must be returned to Vitaflo USA within 3 months of expiration date.
  2. All cases must be unopened and in good condition.  The case/product must be free of additional writing and/or labeling.
  3. The product must be shipped in an outer box with packing material and the RMA number visible on the exterior surface of all returned packages.
  4. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned product.
 
Note:  If the returned product is due to error on behalf of Vitaflo USA, we will pay all shipping charges and replace the product immediately.  Otherwise, the customer will pay all shipping charges for products returned to Vitaflo USA.
